Schedule publishing standard
A date without the rest of the learning commitment is not a useful schedule.
When
Show every session, breaks, holidays, recording policy and expected independent work.
How
State live online, self-paced or in person, plus platform, accessibility and attendance expectations.
Who
Publish the assigned instructor, verified credentials, seat status and minimum-enrolment rule.
A publishable cohort record should include course name, delivery format, start and end dates, each session time, time zone, total live hours, instructor, language, seat status, location or platform, price link and enrolment deadline. It should also state whether sessions are recorded and what happens if minimum enrolment is not reached.
The same fields must appear for every cohort so candidates can compare. Avoid “evenings” or “weekends” without exact times. For national online delivery, never assume Eastern Time is obvious.
Count the live sessions, commute or setup time, independent study and practice exams. A compressed bootcamp may reduce calendar span while increasing daily cognitive load. An evening cohort may fit work but compete with family obligations. Self-paced learning offers flexibility but needs protected deadlines.
Choose the format you can attend consistently, then leave time after training for mixed practice and full-exam rehearsal. A course end date is not automatically the best exam date.
The schedule must link to approved transfer, cancellation and refund terms before payment. Candidates should know whether an instructor substitution, platform change, low enrolment or missed session changes their options.
Material changes should be communicated directly and reflected on the page with a date. Historical or full cohorts should be marked clearly rather than silently removed when that record supports enrolled learners.
Confirm PMP eligibility, identify a realistic weekly study capacity and compare delivery formats. Prepare questions about language, recordings, application support, practice resources and the December 2026 live-training provider rule.
Contact the provider for current availability, but ask for all terms in writing before paying. A phone discussion is useful for fit; the enrolment record should still contain exact dates and commitments.
Place every live session in the calendar before committing. Convert the listed time zone, include setup or travel, and identify conflicts with work, family, holidays and accessibility needs. Ask how attendance is recorded and whether a missed session affects eligible education hours or completion evidence.
Add independent work rather than judging the commitment from live hours alone. Reserve time for reading, practice, application records and full simulations. Confirm when platform, recording and instructor access begin and end, and whether the exam is intended to follow immediately or after a separate preparation period.
Keep the cohort page, written quote and policies together. If a date, instructor, venue, platform or session is changed, compare the new commitment with the approved record. Ask for written confirmation of transfer, cancellation or refund options before accepting a material change.
Review the final calendar with anyone affected by the commitment. A realistic schedule accounts for recovery and competing responsibilities instead of assuming every unscheduled hour is available for study.
